Nyhus-Wantz Award
Each year the AHS solicits nominations for the Nyhus-Wantz Award, a keynote lecture at the Annual Meeting.
PROCESS
-
Nominations for the Nyhus-Wantz Award presented each year at the Annual Meeting are solicited from the general membership.
-
The program committee is responsible for vetting the submissions considering meeting themes and priorities, and selecting the top three candidates for the Award. The winner is selected by a majority vote of the AHS Board of Directors.
-
The recipient of the Nyhus Wantz Award will be invited to present a keynote lecture (presentation topic of their choice) at the Annual Meeting.
-
The award includes complimentary meeting registration, one-night hotel accommodations and one round-trip economy class plane ticket.
