Residents and fellows in an approved residency or fellowship program may qualify for this category. If a first-time attendee, a verification letter from training program director is required before registration. Send the verification letter to membership@americanherniasociety.org.

3 Medical Student Non-Member
Medical students currently enrolled full-time in an ACGME-accredited program qualify for this category. Copy of student ID or letter from the medical school registrar required, or visit americanherniasociety.org/membership to complete an application. Send the verification material to membership@americanherniasociety.org. This is required before registration.

Cancellations

All cancellations must be received in writing to be considered for refund. Cancellations on or before July 20, 2022, will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations on or before August 16, 2022, will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after August 16, 2022. All refunds are subject to a $25 processing fee.
